RADIANCE V: Brighter Emergency Lights for GTA V

What is RADIANCE V?

RADIANCE V is a GTA V lighting modification by Bxbugs123, intended to make emergency-vehicle lighting more visible. Start with the author’s RADIANCE V page on LCPDFR to identify the package and its installation notes.

It is a visual modification, not a FivePD release or a replacement for an emergency-vehicle controller. For lighting stages and siren controls, see the separate FiveM ELS overview or Luxart Vehicle Control overview, depending on your vehicles.

Download RADIANCE V from the author

Open the author’s RADIANCE V download page. Read the listed version, game requirements, installation method and author notes before selecting a file.

The previously linked Google Drive mirror is retained for reference, but its provenance, contents and version have not been verified. Its filename or availability would not establish that it matches the author’s package. Prefer the author page when identifying a download.

How to install RADIANCE V

First decide whether you are modifying single-player GTA V or a FiveM client. Follow instructions for the exact package and game edition you are using; do not treat an OpenIV or single-player installation video as a universal FiveM recipe.

Before changing files:

1. Read the selected package’s installation notes and keep a backup of the files it changes.
2. For FiveM, check the community’s client-mod requirements and the package’s stated FiveM support. An old tutorial is not evidence of compatibility with today’s game build.
3. Test one visual modification at a time. Compare daytime and nighttime lighting with your usual graphics settings, and restore the backup if the result is incorrect.

Our brighter police lights guide provides additional context, but its older examples also need to be checked against the selected package. There is no measured performance or FPS guarantee here.

Does RADIANCE V fix ELS or siren problems?

Do not use a visual-lighting change as the first fix for a resource that fails to start, a missing vehicle or an incorrect siren binding. Diagnose that resource separately with the ELS setup and troubleshooting guide.

Is the available download verified for my game build?

Not by this website. The author page establishes a source to consult, not a binary-safety or in-game test by FivePDMod.com. Check the current scope of our source and compatibility reviews before relying on older instructions.
